Experience
Sean assists clients with a variety of projects, many focused on Medicare Advantage, veteran populations, value-based care (VBC), low-income populations, prescription drugs, and healthcare payment reform. Examples of his recent work include:
- Medicare Advantage bid development, feasibility studies, risk score analytics, and benchmarking (Parts C and D) with a focus on low-income and other special populations, and plans launching in new markets
- Projections of veteran enrollment for the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Participating on a team developing the Department of Veterans Affairs Enrollee Health Care Project Model (EHCPM). Leading veteran enrollment projections and budget analytics.
- Supporting providers and payers on VBC arrangements, especially in the Medicare Advantage market, including contract negotiation and support, claim, revenue, and risk score forecasting, validation of payment terms, and risk score analytics.
